Robert Half are pleased to be exclusively partnering with a international organisation based in Abingdon. They are currently looking to recruit an Invoice Administrator to join their busy finance team on a long term temporary basis.

Key duties will include:

  • Imputing sales invoices onto financial database
  • scanning invoices and dealing with all administration.
  • Assisting with supplier and invoice queries by phone, email and fax
  • other adhoc duties to assist the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an AAT studier, graduate, or administrator looking for their first steps in an office/ finance team.
