What is the role?

As an established sales person, your experience in generating and growing new accounts will be invaluable to increasing our client base.

Using your business development and customer relationship skills, your role is vital in helping Learners onto new and exciting career paths. Energising existing employees with new skills and helping business’ grow & develop the most important parts of their organisation… the people who make it happen!

Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client’s organisation - standard stuff.

Using knowledge of the industry to identify new sales opportunities - we’ll provide the training to give you the knowledge required.

Handle objection by using a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately - You are probably well versed in this however we give you the service specific features & benefits.

Set up meeting between yourself and the client decision makers - the fun part.

Build a strong working relationships with new clients - the best part of the role.

Build a strong sales pipeline and providing an update of progress made - integral to understanding how you will get from point A to point B.

Upsell new programmes and services to existing clients - make your life simpler.

Work alongside internal stakeholder to meet the client needs - We’re all about collaboration and you will work closely with all departments involved in the delivery of the Apprenticeships.

How will we support you?

Whether you have industry experience or not, we have a dedicated five month training programme to help you understand the services we provide as well as support from our senior staff like Raymone. Raymone has been with the business over 3 years and has built a successful desk which has not only helped numerous clients but has changed the lives of the learners working for them.

Raymone worked in completely different industries before joining QA but has now worked his way up to Senior Manager Looking to grow his team further, you will become the twelfth member and share in the success achieved.

Financial package and benefits

We understand that as an experienced sales professional you are not easy to prise away from the success you have built, therefore we are offering a base salary up to £27,000 per annum, £10,000 commission (uncapped), Private Pension as well as 25 days holiday, 2 days paid Charity work each year for a charity of your choice (which we actively encourage), 3 days of additional training which does not need to be relevant to your role from our very own course selection (1,500 to be precise), subsidised gym membership and cycle to work scheme (for those who are already down the gym or for those that have put it on their new year’s resolution).

Must have’s (We do need the following):

  • Proven business development experience - generating new business and growing accounts
  • Experience cold calling
  • Customer service & retention
  • Driving licence + own car would be an advantage, but not necessary
  • That’s it!
