The Job Role

Collation of customer data from in-house systems & current databases.Research and gather new data using online resources (websites, social media).Identify new key contacts within organisations via telephone research.Check and maintain accuracy of data by means of email and phone calls.Input and store found data in a controlled order for further analysis and ease of use in marketing campaigns.Maintain records of activities and tasksRespond to requests for information and access relevant filesPrint information when requiredInterested candidates should ideally possess the following:

Strong organisation and planning skills to ensure that time is managed effectivelyExcellent keyboard skills with a high degree of accuracy (Spelling, Grammar, Punctuation)Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS OfficeAbility to work under pressure to a high level of accuracy with minimal supervisionPositive, can do attitude
