Sales Engineer required for a successful and growing organisation. This is a great opportunity to join a company with an excellent reputation.
To apply for the role, you need to target driven, highly motivated and customer focused sales professional. The role will suit engineers looking to move into a sales role or those with some sales experience looking to join a reputable engineering service provider. Your technical knowledge can be from ANY technical/engineering industry. Full training on the company's product will be given.
You will be based in the office 1 day a week and then 4/3 days visiting customers sites covering predominantly the North East of England. The role will be 60% new business and 40% account management. Every day you will be communicating with client's fact to face, over the phone and by email whilst ensuring all KPI's are being hit such as; sales target, customer visits per week, order intake, number of new customers obtained, profitability etc.

The Sales Engineer Role:
* Develop long term relationships with new and existing customers
*Research business opportunities in the North East or specific market sectors, contacting and arranging site visits accordingly.
*Complete sales quotes
*Build relationships with customers
*Ensure all KPI's are being hit
The Sales Engineer:
*Technical/engineering sales experience or an engineer motivated by a career in technical sales
*Excellent presentation skills
