I am currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join a top tier law firm based in Derby City Centre.

The successful candidate will be expected to:
*Draft content for the firms' collateral, adverts and creative campaigns;
*Be responsible for internal newsletters and intranet pages within the business;
*Update and manage the firm's CRM database - including building reports, uploading data;
*Be involved in the management of PPC campaigns, affiliate network and have an understanding of the various digital marketing platforms available;
*Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and measure results;
*Working closely with design agencies on Website development/Integration;
*Good working knowledge of Google Analytics to monitor the performance of all six websites and recommend further improvements;
*Ensure that the departmental systems and firm wide and legislative procedures are followed;
*Manage all social media channels, ensuring they are regularly updated and to be the firm's "go to" person for training; and
*Update the website with new SEO friendly content.
The candidate
Will need to have the following essential qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience:
*Excellent attention to detail;
*Excellent copywriting skills;
*Working knowledge of SEO;
*Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly on the use of Excel;
*A strong passion for Marketing and desire to keep up-to-date with digital trends;
*High level of flexibility, with the ability to adapt to different ways of working, often at short notice;
*Working knowledge and use of CRM systems (SugarCRM preferred but not essential);
*Be a team player; and
*Be highly motivated and have the ability to genuinely add value to the role.
