Lead Test Analyst - Salary to £45K - Plus benefits - Cheshire - J9647

You could be joining a team who brings together serial entrepreneurs and industry experts with decades of experience in the several industries including data. They eat, sleep and breathe consumer success. This role would involve working with an existing team to ensure quality of developed products is fit for purpose for all applications or applications built for their clients. As part of the lead remit, you will have a much broader responsibility to ensure all aspects of quality assurance are considered within a software delivery life cycle.

Role & Responsibilities.
·Lead Quality Assurance/Testing activities across the enterprise.
·Define and implement relevant Test Strategies and Approaches.
·Execute QA activities to agreed timescales.
·Track defects raised during testing through to resolution.
·Provide regular updates to Manager regarding the Testing progress.
·Reporting quality trends of: defects, issues and outstanding activities
·Work alongside developers and other team members to ensure all relevant test scenarios are identified.

Experience & Skills Required
·2+ years testing experience in a Functional Test Lead role with relevant ISEB or ISTQB foundation testing qualification
·2+ years working in Agile/Scrum team
·In-depth understanding of testing, both in strategy and methodology.
·Work with Business Analysts in defining of Acceptance Criteria.
·Possess strong technical skills.
·Quickly understand new technology and how to approach testing.
·Experience of testing data
·Good communication skills with the ability to converse at all levels.
·Use of such test automation tools as LoadRunner, LoadUI, JMeter etc advantageous.
