Tasks and Responsibilities:

    Collection of customers invoices to agreed company targetsAllocation of receiptsQuery resolutionMaintenance of the sales ledgerRegular credit checksPosting invoices to supplier portalsProcess credit note requestsWeekly/monthly reportingHoliday and peak period cover for the sales office
The Ideal Candidate:

    A positive team player, with an ability to work collaboratively with colleaguesGood IT skills with a working knowledge of ExcelPolite and confident telephone manner
Hours - 4hrs per day at £9.00 - £10.00 per hour, Monday to Thursday. Can be flexible to work around school runs etc.
