Your Responsibilities

The Sky EspaƱa team have recently launched a new OTT entertainment streaming service in Spain. Joining this team provides a great opportunity for individuals to directly contribute to the future success of the business. As the single UX expert in the team, you'll be given the freedom & autonomy needed to really demonstrate your thinking and creativity.

- We have existing journeys to be mapped, refined and evolved, as well as new devices and features launching that require UX input. You'll need to regularly use data analysis tools to understand customer journey pain points
- Create low and high-fidelity prototypes that will bring our products and features to life for both stakeholders and development teams
- On e-commerce, you'll work closely with the Senior Optimisation Manager and the E-commerce Product Lead to define multiple examples of individual journeys and UI for MVT testing, presenting hypotheses and opportunities as well as UX for microsites (e.g. )
- You'll support the team by creating and maintaining the design systems across our digital estate, as well as supporting on BAU/day-to-day design work and editorial content updates.
- You should have an ability to communicate with confidence to team members and stakeholders around the business
- This role is for a real self-starter, someone who is ready to step up and proactively identify and solve challenges. We need someone who knows which method of research is best on a case-by-case basis to inform decisions

Your Skills

- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience with HTML and CSS preferable
- Hard working; organised; with a keen eye for detail
- Proven ability to design across different platforms and devices
- Experience working in an eCommerce team and/or an online retailer would be extremely beneficial
- Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to drive increases in audience engagement
- Experience with web metrics
