Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for a new and exciting role within an established company? Our client, an accountancy firm based in Godalming are seeking an individual with payroll processing experience, UK PAYE legislation knowledge, experience working with multiple clients and Excel skills along with a confident persona, excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Understanding various client's expectations and delivering an accurate payroll service within a timely manner
  • Ensuring payrolls are compliant with current PAYE legislation
  • Responding to any queries regarding payroll
  • Working within a team, supporting others as required
  • Administering BACS payments
  • General administrative duties such as paperwork and filing

We'd Love To Hear From You If:

  • You have a strong knowledge of auto enrolment
  • You have previous experience within payroll processing
  • You have experience of working with multiple clients
  • You are able to manually calculate tax and National Insurance deductions and statutory payments
  • You are experienced in using Excel
  • You are comfortable working to tight deadlines
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
