Who you’ll be working for

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Business Development Executive to join a market leading telecommunications company based in Gloucestershire. This well-established organisation are looking for a professional and dynamic Business Development Executive to join their expanding team and play a key role in during this exciting period of growth.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be contacting small to medium size businesses to sell and promote their telecommunication products and services across the UK, building a pipeline of prospects through identifying and qualifying leads to generate into appointments. You’ll be working on various campaigns, contacting businesses by making outbound calls, sending emails and through social media.

Key to this role will be to competently explain and describe the features of the products that you will be selling by answering all customer questions professionally ensuring you are in the strongest position to achieve your targets.

What experience you’ll need

You’ll have an excellent telephone manner with good communication skills and have strong attention to detail. You’ll also be motivated to achieve results and enjoy the thrill of sales with a positive attitude. Key to this role will be your Telemarketing experience within a B2B/B2C environment, any know knowledge in the IT or Telecommunications industry will be advantage but by no means essential.
