Working closely with the Payroll Director, the Payroll Officer will manage the UK Payroll, currently circa 400 employees, including dealing with all expenses and HMRC reporting requirements whilst also supporting a number of international payrolls across the world.
Applicants for the position of Payroll Officer should be extremely well organised and possess excellent communication skills. Our client encourages it’s employees to strive for continuous improvement and the Payroll Officer should take a pro-active approach in seeking out new ways to develop and improve the payroll service.
You will ideally have a CIPP qualification (or equivalent experience) and be comfortable running a monthly payroll from end-to-end.
