My client is a specialist ecological consultancy that have been operating for over 15 years. They are owned and managed by ecologists and as such ecology is deeply ingrained in their culture. They are passionate about what they do and pride themselves on the quality of their work and ability to influence design, benefit biodiversity and improve communities.

The relaxed company character, investment in people and focus on business responsibility has seen continual annual growth, the past year being no different with staff numbers and turnover both increasing. They compete and succeed at all levels of the market, from managing the smallest local development to acting as lead consultants on nationally significant infrastructure projects including Crossrail 2, Thames Tideway Tunnel and London Gateway Port.

Due to continued success and expansion they have opened two new offices, and reviewed their management processes to improve their use specifically for ecologists.
