This Finance Team Leader role is working for a globally recognised business based near Chester.

This role will include the following key responsibilities, over time this role is expected to grow. Key duties will be:

  • Supervising the transactional finance team of 10
  • Allocating work load effectively for each individual team member
  • Driving performance of the team through providing feedback on performance and quality, as well as training and developing staff members, and performance improvement activities
  • Planning effectively for incoming work volumes
  • Workflow planning and quality improvement plans
  • Workflow and backlog analysis


To be considered for the Finance Team Leader role, you must have the following skills, experience and education required:

  • Experience in working in a high volume transactional finance environment
  • GCSEs (A-C) including maths as a minimum
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • ERP knowledge is desirable
  • Strong supervisory skills and able to demonstrate skills of leading a team, motivation, inspiring
  • Experience of managing workflow and improving quality
