IT Support Apprentice
Baltic Training and EPX Technical Services are thrilled to be recruiting for an IT Support Apprentice to join their growing team based in Stafford.

- Respond to initial phone contact from customers.
- Provide support to customers via telephone, email, and remote support.
- Creating and take ownership of jobs and be responsible for your allocated work.
- Escalate issues to other areas as required.
- Follow the 1st line work process documents.
Training to be provided:
Level 3 Infrastructure Technician
- Networking Fundamentals
- Mobility and Device Fundamentals
- Business Processes
- Cloud Fundamentals
- Coding and Logic
- External Assessment, Synoptic Project & Overview
- Functional Skills
Skills and qualifications required:
- 5 GCSE's A-C grades, including Maths and English
- Passion for IT
- Excellent knowledge of software and hardware
- Good problem solving skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
The future is bright
Upon completion of the apprenticeship programme, there are real progression opportunities available. Along with your employer, you may decide to progress onto our level 4 programme and take your training even further.
Salary, hours and benefits
- £4 per hour
- Monday - Friday
- Working hours: 40 hours a week
- 08.30am - 5.30pm (5pm finish on a Friday)
- 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
Location and Travel
The successful candidate will be working in a large open plan office based in Stafford. Public transport links are easily accessible, with bus stops just outside the building and train station 15 minutes' walk away.
