Premier Pathways are looking for confident and dedicated Graduates who have firm ambitions to become qualified teachers in either Primary or Secondary schools in Chelmsford.

** 2 year Full-Time Graduate Trainee Teacher programme
** Academic learning via the University of Buckingham School of Education
** Graduate Trainee Teacher position starting September 2017
** £15,000 per annum plus full PGCE with QTS

Graduate Trainee Teacher Person Specification

This role requires effective and bright graduates who has a degree at a 2:2 or better and the desire to share their love of education. The programme requires graduates who are able to show a real passion for their subject and show how they are motivated by success. You should have a true devotion to your subject stemming from your complete understanding of its importance and inner workings. To qualify for the Premier Pathways PGCE you will need a full degree and GCSE Grades of C or above in Maths, English and Science.

About the Graduate Trainee Teacher Role

In this exciting Graduate Trainee Teacher position you will be working initially as a Teaching Assistant (TA) before progressing to taking on a timetable in your subject or class specialism. The programme is based over 2 academic years and during this time you will get a real understanding of the role of a teacher, delivering lessons and completing your PGCE and gaining your QTS through the University of Buckingham.
