About you

You will have attained high marks in your 'A' Levels, or be educated to degree level. A good communicator in person, by email, and on the phone.

An aptitude for learning is a must as we will be asking you to study for your CICM qualification which we will support financially

What we are offering

You will be working in our recently refurbished Head Office in Redditch, and as part of our commitment to you and your development we will be funding your professional qualification, in return you may well be using your own time to complete those studies.

Your Day to Day

Reporting directly to the Credit Control Manager, there will be a number of ways to put your communication skills to good use, contacting our customers via phone, email, or even letter.

  • Ensuring timely collection of invoices raised in line with agreed payment terms
  • Reviewing credit limits on a monthly basis
  • Manage and issue monthly chase communications
  • liaising with internal departments to resolve queries
  • open new cash or credit accounts when required
  • review W.I.P daily to ensure credit limits are not exceeded
  • (there will be other duties)
