The Opportunity

A highly reputable, global insurance company with a positive working environment, is looking for a highly organised and proactive Comp & Bens/HR Administrator with strong attention to detail. This will initially be a 6 month contract with the opportunity of a permanent opportunity afterwards. In this role you will be supporting the Compensation and Benefits Manager in a varied and deadline driven role, liaising with the wider HR team. You will be working under your own initiative, with your own responsibilities. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a friendly, team environment.

The detail

You will report to the Compensation and Benefits Manager and the wider HR team, supporting the UK and International offices. You will be the initial point of contact for the business and assisting with a wide range of benefits admin and HR tasks. Accountabilities include:

*Administration of new joiners, updating any changes and managing the leaver process
*Assisting with the induction process and the education of benefit information for all locations
*Ownership of the inbox, responding to all queries and escalating where necessary
*Assisting with the coordination of the company car fleet
*Assisting with the implementation of Health and Wellness initiatives
*Supporting the annual salary and bonus process and assisting the HRBP's with the annual performance management
*Ad hoc project work

Skills and Experience

*You must have previous experience in either Benefits Admin or HR Admin experience gained within insurance, financial services or professional services
*Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Strong attention to detail, demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work under your own initiative
*Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
*Must have intermediate to advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

What's on offer
