Are you looking for a new Commercial Management role?

Acorn Recruitment is looking for a Commercial Manager to lead the Purchasing team and other commercial operations. The role is responsible for the overall operation of our purchasing functions, and to assist with managing the sales functions (machinery & spares). This is to work in a small office in a family business.

Main duties include;

*Producing and maintaining purchase orders & stock records using internal systems using Sage 200

*Providing support to the Sales office Manager and Spares Manager

*Communicating in a concise manner with other members of Staff and Suppliers

*Analysing stock quantities, stock transactions & sales projections

*Reviewing existing suppliers and researching new products

Ideal candidates will have the following attributes;

*Basic technical/mechanical knowledge

*IT literate (with experience of Sage 200 if possible)

*Previous purchasing experience in engineering
