Compliance Administrator, London

Daniel Owen started the Rail team just 5 years ago from its 32-year history, growing from strength to strength, the team has achieved and regained every year - the hard to attain 5* RISQS Accreditation. The team manage PSL, Non-PSL and have won new business, by upholding these standards of compliance across all documentation. Compliance is a crucial part of our Rail division and we are looking for a Compliance person who can support the team and ensure we sustain our 5* standards.

This role entails:

  • Issuing rail Start Up packages to all new candidates
  • Arrange Record and send out PPE to all candidates
  • Collect all the correct compliance documents for each candidate
  • Conduct regular qualification and specialist requirement audits
  • Organise unannounced and 'For-cause' drug testing of workers
  • Responsible for all Sentinel matters
  • Request Sub-Sponsorship from Primary Sponsors
  • Ensure the candidate receives any site-specific information
  • Ensure regular site surveillance visits are carried out by consultants
  • Collect all timesheets to ensure workers are paid on time - every time
  • Maintain accurate AWR records on company systems
  • Assistance with resourcing for rail desk as needed

The Skills required for this role:

  • Computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Understanding of A&I and AWR requirements and their practical application
  • Knowledge of compliance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively collaboratively as a member of a team and across multiple business levels

The ideal candidate would have experience in compliance. They would have ideally worked in a recruitment agency however, this is preferred but not essential.
