IT Service and Infrastructure Analyst
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Support Engineer of a leading global Shipping Line, located in the heart of the City.
The purpose of this role is to support the local IT Infrastructure to enable the maintenance and extension of the IT infrastructure at the local offices; these services include local network connections, server rooms and local used applications.

Primary Job Responsibilities and Measurement
System management (40%):
Managing and maintaining all IT systems, such as workstations/laptops, for the total user community remotely and onsite
First and second line support- supporting individual users by solving all kinds of IT problems raised as well as answering IT related questions asked by users
Incident Reports (40%):
Receive reports of IT incidents from users verbally on location or by telephone/email
Create record for each incident on monitoring system
Accurate and timely incident reporting
User Support and Incident Management (20%)
Maintain the IT incident monitoring system with changes to the status of each incident, such as follow-up, resolution and closure
Speed of closing an incident after resolving
Skills, Qualifications and Expertise
Education level: Vocational degree IT
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant working experience
Good communication skills
Good customer relation skills
Language skills: Good English skills
Role specific: IT knowledge
