Leak Detection Claims Handler


£19,200 per annum

40 hours per week.

Our client is seeking a Leak Detection Claims Handler to join their growing team in Huntingdon.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Your own Leak Detection claims caseload ensuring the highest standards of customer service are consistently delivered within agreed service level agreements for key client contacts.
  • Handling inbound telephone calls and providing technical support to Policy Holders/Customers whilst giving prompt and accurate advice.
  • You will also be responsible for inputting and updating records with any new instructions that are received.
  • Managing diaries and chasing for outstanding information from insurers and clients.

You must:

  • Have excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Have excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Have strong IT skills, to include knowledge and experience using Word, Excel, Gmail and Simply.
  • Have accurate administration skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ideally have good geographical knowledge, but this is not essential.
