The Company:Our client is a multi-award winning small but rapidly growing product and media company. They develop and market cutting-edge, innovative, eco-friendly FMCG & other household products.
Their office is a small but busy one and you’ll need stamina to keep up! Their CEO was voted Kent Entrepreneur of the Year, they’ve recently won the prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise and they’re a finalist for ‘Large Business of the year’ this year, so they must be doing something right! Their products are sold all around the world (in over 34 countries now!) in retail, mail-order and (excitingly!) on TV.
The Role:You will be in sole charge of their digital marketing strategy and implementation. Ranging from social media to paid social, PPC, outbound email campaigns and all things digital marketing.
This is a hand-on role, reporting directly to the CEO. They want you to come in and expand their platforms and reach. You’ll analyse, monitor and improve their conversions while generating greater volumes of sales.
They have experienced serious growth in their Paid Social activities recently and they’re looking for a superstar PPC exec to take their conversions, ROI and revenues to the next level.
Main tasks and Responsibilities:
Amongst other things, you will be responsible for the following:•Autonomous responsibility for the daily implementation, management and strategy of all their paid digital advertising, including PPC, paid social, display etc•Primarily focussing on paid social (facebook etc) but introducing new platforms using your experience and expertise•Analysis and reporting of KPIs across all channels and campaigns•Preparing and maintaining sales forecasts for their digital revenue•Planning and executing emarketing campaigns•Copywriting & working closely with their in-house designer on the look and feel for ads, campaigns and the website•A/B testing of ads, landing pages and other variables to provide insights for all PPC campaigns•You will be responsible for the technical functionality of their website, so some experience in wordpress/html/css etc would be useful•You will be responsible for SEO, SEM and some website content
The Applicant:You will have at least 2 years’ experience managing paid social campaigns, either in-house or agency with strong knowledge in PPC, paid social and general online marketing techniques. You’ll have good experience with various analytics tools and be able to analyse and interpret results before putting them into action to improve performance.

Specifically, you will be/have:
•An excellent understanding of digital marketing, with proven experience in SEO and PPC activities•Experiencing managing PPC/paid social campaigns in a B2C environment•Experience of using analytical tools and being able to convert findings to actionable campaign improvement•Experience of your success being measured by acquisitions costs and ROI•Superbly organised and efficient with a confident manner•Excellent numeracy and literacy skills•Ability to lead people to achieve incredibly levels of productivity•Exceptional computer literacy with a superb knowledge of the Windows environment and its applications, especially MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint•Ability to work to tight deadlines•Unrivalled communication skills•Partial to a bit of table tennis.
