Our client is a well-established Independent Financial Advisors with multiple offices within the region. Due to continued growth, they have created this new role for a Compliance Officer to join their office in Hull.

Supporting the Compliance Director, you could be checking files and the Financial Advisors work to make sure it complies with all FCA, Money Laundering & GDPR regulations and procedures etc. You could be observing meetings, undertaking roleplays and updating all compliance records and procedures for the firm.

You could also be providing regular Management Information as well as making sure that high standards of Customer Service are upheld at all times.

That’s why we are looking for someone who has worked within Financial Services supervisory role previously, someone with a strong understanding of the compliance needed and how to ensure that all staff adhear to this as well as a relevant qualification such as CII / PMI / IFS etc.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, car parking is available along with a pension and various other benefits.
