An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Due Diligence Co-ordinator to join our team based in Newport, Telford.

The successful Due Diligence co-ordinator will work within the technical department of the business, carrying out day to day tasks within fast moving Jupiter Group UK. The role will involve working in line with the Group Technical Manager to provide an outstanding level of service to all areas of the business.


Scope of Role:

* To lead in driving 100% Due Diligence completeness for the trading wing of Jupiter Marketing
* Working with internal and external departments to ensure Fast and efficient delivery of requests for information
* To drive with 100% commitment the implementation of an automated online Due diligence system, reducing admin and striving for document completeness direct from technical departments around the world
* Educating key people around the Jupiter group in how to access their own information on the online platform to help minimise delay of information


Essential Skills of Due Diligence Co-ordinator:

Due Diligence Co-ordinator General Responsibilities:
----------------------------------------------------


* Collect and process supplier due diligence paperwork via Procurement team, or direct technical contacts, in order to contribute to Supplier Approval System
* Monitor the direct import spreadsheet, to ensure that all the due diligence data is collected before the container reach destination.
* Check e-mails for DD and new pack lists
* Examine import documents and logistics' spreadsheet and request corresponding pack lists, if not already received

Process DD received and note anything outstanding, especially mandatory DD
* Assist Technical team with DD queries for Customer and Audit requirements
* Assist Technical team with DD queries for Customer Complaints- back to the field trace.
* Check pack lists for any new growers and add these to Supplier Technical Database
* Request any mandatory DD not already received for these growers
* Check all the DDs received: grower names, validity, compliance to the customer requirement, prior to save the documents in the supplier technical database.
* Regularly check for updates, for the expired documents that cannot be automatically updated by the system: e.g. residues analyses.
* To work closely and report weekly to the finance payables team and procurement department to ensure suppliers with missing due diligence are placed on stop within a timely manner and to educate our suppliers tactfully the impact of missing due diligence can have on the sale of their fruit.
* Produce Supplier DD performance sheet, to assist Procurement team to educate its suppliers for following seasons.
* Score each new supplier, according to the supplier approval risk assessment and update the approved suppliers List
* Update the technical contacts list live, for every new supplier.
* Upholding the Values of Jupiter Marketing, in order to achieve our goals.


Reporting:

* Report weekly to the technical team, finance payables team and procurement department to ensure suppliers with missing due diligence are placed on stop within a timely manner.
* Clearly and confidently present information to internal and external audiences when required.
* Monthly update supplier performances, to comply with the BRC supplier monitoring requirements


Compliance:

* Comply with BRC and customer codes of practice reporting requirements


Essential Qualifications and Experience:
----------------------------------------------------

The ideal Due Diligence Co-ordinator will have experience in databases administration and reporting systems

Proficient user of Microsoft Excel


Desired Qualifications Experience:
----------------------------------------------------

Experience in Sage X3 and Muddy Boots would be desirable however not essential.
