My client, a large, well established, fast paced organisation based in Mid Kent, is recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Ensure all files are posted in a timely manner and accurately
- Prepare the weekly payment run
- Prepare and post intercompany journals
- Ensuring all invoices are fully approved
- Maintain the supplier reconciliations
- Code, scan and enter invoices onto the system accurately and timely
- Monitor approved purchase orders
- Monitor and respond to queries quickly and efficiently
- Carry out any other ad hoc duties as requested by Finance

To be eligible for this role, you must a be used to working in a fast paced environment, experienced with purchase order driven accounts payable and have experience of working in a group. You must be self motivated, dynamic and possess good computer skills.
