Your new company
Your new company is a Tech company that produce software solutions for the professional services sector. A unique, and interesting opportunity to work alongside the company co-founders, in their state of the art offices based in Central London.
Your new role
Your primary responsibility in this role will be to ensure the companies employees are paid accurately and on time. This will involve liaising with the outsourced payroll and accounts provider, checking the payslips have the correct information and processing payments between organisation to employees. In addition, you will be processing private health benefits, looking after employee pensions and dealing with reconciliations. You will be working closely with the company CEO's, therefore there will also be some adhoc Executive Assistant type responsibilities as well.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role then you must have an understanding of the legislation surround pay and tax codes. You will have the confidence to work closely with CEO's and company investors, have great communication skills and an attention to detail. You will have an understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
