Your new role
You will work as a part of a strong Science department and be responsible for teaching a timetable of mixed ability KS3 and KS4 Science classes, full-time, Monday - Friday. You will also be asked to teach a small timetable of KS5 Biology. You will be responsible for full teaching responsibilities including lesson planning, marking and assessment of work and pastoral responsibilities for a form class.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified teacher registered and will have previous experience delivering Science. You will have a passion for learning and have a strong track record of helping pupils to achieve results. You will also possess strong behaviour and classroom management skills. You share a commitment to safeguarding and hold a DBS check.
What you'll get in return
You will be paid daily based on your appropriate pay scale. You will be supported both within the school in terms of training into the school I.T. systems, as well as receiving support from hays for with any queries in relation to your new career.
