Our client is a well-established Independent Financial Advisors with multiple offices within the region. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Administrator to join their city centre office in Hull.

Working as part of an administration team, you could be supporting up to ten financial advisors at any time. This is a busy and varied role that could involve processing all new business applications using their internal “Intelligent Office” database, creating client valuations, reports as well as assisting the advisors with any other support they may need.

You would be working to strict FCA guidelines as well as accurately maintaining records, sending out letters and emails as well as regularly review all documentation checking the grammar and layout.

That’s why we are looking for an Administrator who has previously worked within a Financial Services background, preferably from an IFA or similar. Someone who is fully computer literate with Microsoft Office with good numeracy and literacy skills and the ability to work unaided and manage their own time. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, car parking is available along with a pension and various other benefits.
