The role is within an industry that is fast paced and continuously evolving and therefore requires you to be able to make quick changes to current processes in order to ensure the company delivers compliant information.

As ECO Compliance Administrator, your role is to review and ensure the compliance of ECO measures. This will be completed by following our validation process and utilising the guidance documents in place, alongside our CRM system to ensure accurate validation.

We are looking for someone who has a great eye for detail and is able to identify common issues as well as competently explain this in order for the error to be rectified first time. You will also need to be able to switch your focus from one set of requirements to another in order to ensure you are not requesting information that is not relevant.

  • Validation of daily measures
  • Issuing Acknowledgement emails to contractors
  • Customer Satisfaction Surveys
  • Issuing of queries to contractors and liaising with them to close down
  • Updating of CRM system to ensure accurate records are kept

    Good understanding of Microsoft Office programs, especially excelThe ability to adapt to changes, especially were these effect the day to day processing of workAble to work under pressure and to strict deadlinesExcellent telephone mannerGood communication skills


    Knowledge of the OFEGM ECO GuidanceAble to work outside the stated working hours, this may include weekend working from time to timeUse of a previous CRM system
Reporting to: ECO Compliance Manager

Job Type: Temporary ongoing

Salary: £7.83 per hour

Holiday Days: As per agency contract

To commence: 09/04/18
