RF Technical support Engineer
TEC Partners are currently searching for an exceptional RF Technical Support Engineer to join an innovative wireless technology company, based in Cambridge.
Experience & Responsibilities:
Experience in planning, designing and optimizing in-building wireless networks
Minimum of 5 years of telecommunications industry experience in in-building wireless networks
Effective communication and presentation skills
Experience using Sales Force or other CMS systems
Knowledge of wireless networks and telecoms systems desirable:
Advanced knowledge of technologies such as LTE, Wi-Fi, and 5G
Advanced knowledge of wireless network communications (propagation, capacity planning, MIMO)
Advanced knowledge of network elements of passive, active DAS.
Work closely with Product Management Team to ensure all aspects of preparation for and implementation of a product release are as smooth as possible
Creation of user documentation for each product including online training
Undertake evaluation of usability and provide feedback to Product Management and Technology Teams as appropriate
Work alongside Testing Team to undertake customer focused testing of all new software releases.
Where appropriate and in conjunction with Sales Engineer, to provide support on all aspects of product / software to third party partners.
Management of all Support component databases (Device, System, Material) to include definition and implementation of any improvements, enhancements or amendments
Provide training on database.
