Salary/Rate – Up to £22,000 per annum
This is a 1 year maternity cover contract
To monitor & control Statutory Compliance and Non Statutory service delivery planned maintenance administrative tasks supporting operational team. Control security vetting details and support operational teams & 3rd party suppliers in all contractual Security & Access requirements.
Main Duties and Responsibilities•Prepares Compliance audit data by Compiling and analysing internal and external information.•Supports contractby collecting and coordinating internal Compliance data with Service Insite•Provides administrative support by implementing systems, procedures, and policies; completing projects in support of Contract.•Ensure documents follow a pre-determined process to ensure remedial works and recommendations are identified and reach the client for consideration.•Complies with local legal requirements by understanding existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; with assistance and guidance from the Contract Manager•Updates job knowledge by completing relevant training courses•Enhances Compliance Team and organisation reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments•Monitor and control monthly Statutory & Non Statutory Maintenance Schedule in line with Service Insite•Reporting•Monitor site attendance. •Report on Failed/Rescheduled site attendance.•Weekly report on record percentage closures/Failures to mitigate risk.•Responsible for chasing all Statutory Compliance certification to demonstrate completion •Upload all certification to Service Insite including self-delivered tasks.•Chase certification to delivery targets.•Liaise with Subcontractors to manage certification.•Will assist the Contract Managers with the co-ordination of key external statutory compliance courses.•Update PPM Assets/Frequencies/Plan.•Achieve results within quality and time restraints.•Perform with an understanding of business requirements and changes, and ensuring continuous improvement.•Actively participate in a diverse and effective team.•Produce a weekly/monthly reporting of compliance percentage in to the Contract Manager community to ensure the missing documents are chased and arrive within SLA.•Assistance on the help desk may be required, dependant on all, sickness, and when call volumes or others factors dictate.
