Duties and Responsibilities:

*Bring prior experience with the NetSuite software system in another context.

*Learn the TSA tailored NetSuite system being implemented internationally as part of the IFAS Project in order to assist users and support trainers.

*Support Territories that have received their IFAS NetSuite software implementation with IFAS assistance - Provide support by handling incidents, requests that come through the designated help desk function. Keeping a record of the assistance provided

*Handle user access requests in line with the approved IFAS plan by being responsible for:
omaintaining proper system access/roles/rights;
oSupporting user requests for new searches, reports, KPI's and dashboards;
oPlanning, reviewing and managing change configurations, forms, customisations and 3rd party integrations;
oFully documenting existing and new customizations and workflows;
oDeveloping, testing, and deploying application extensions using system API and 3rd party tools;
oManaging business process testing for on-going NetSuite upgrades;

*Support the Adaptive software project which involves the reporting and budgeting functions of the IFAS software as needed - bolt on product working with NetSuite;
*Support the implementation and maintenance of integrations to other internal and 3rd party systems;
*Perform day-to-day administration of ERP NetSuite system including support for bi-annual upgrades;
*Troubleshoot, resolve and escalate issues to vendor support
*Ensure all changes are documented and tested to meet our Quality Management System requirements
*Provide NetSuite training to individuals and user groups as needed
