* Trouble shooting and tracing product failures

* Accuracy testing, verifying and calibrating systems using factory based and mobile test plant

* Servicing and Repairing a wide range of mechanical and electronic products within Oldham Facility and our customers premise

* Developing relationships with end users, OEM Contractors customers at all levels

* Identifying & developing new sales opportunities

* Advising customers on the right product for their specific application

* Must demonstrate the ability to work closely with a team

* The success of the business to date has been very much associated with product expertise and focus on customer service – the essence of this position focuses around this

The Candidate:

Experience & Qualifications required:

  • Experienced Instrument repairs and calibration in the field
  • Knowledge and understanding of basic electronics (how to follow an electrical circuit)
  • Experience working on site in customer factory environments
  • Understanding of hazardous areas
  • Good basic understanding of Physics
  • Ability to work as part of a close team
  • Capability to quickly understand how mechanical and electronic technologies operate
  • Understanding of flow
  • Ability to self manage and self motivate
The Post:Permanent - Full time. 40 Hours per week with 30 min Lunch break. Working day can be flexible based on travel.
