We have a fantastic opportunity for several Mental Health Nurses in a new facility focused on treatment and recovery. You will be part of a cutting edge MDT team and work together to provide recovery- orientated therapeutic care for the service users.

The facility is 24 bedded unit for vulnerable females.

This is a permanent role for full time positions.

Applicants need to be flexible with their working hours, as the facility is 24 hours so shifts will be a combination of nights and day.

Salary is from £23,000 - £27,000 per Annum D.O.E

As part of your role you will be expected to:-

-To take responsibility for operational service delivery in the absence of the Manager and Deputy

-To act as the Named Nurse for a designated number of service users

-Provide support to the clinical lead across all projects

-To uphold and promote equality and diversity in employment processes

-To demonstrate value for money and to make recommendations for expenditure using economical consideration

-To ensure that the service runs according to legislative requirements and maintains quality care for services users

-To adhere to company performance management framework

-Analyse data and use the results to identify potential risks and provide action plans to meet compliance

-To manage the performance of individuals through supervision, appraisal, disciplinary and grievance procedures

- To uphold company values and promote best practice

To apply for this role you must have:-

-A valid NMC pin

-Recent experience of working with people with enduring mental health problems or learning disabilities

-Evidence of maintaining PREP

-Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and with literacy

-Ability to work as a member of a team

-Effective interpersonal skills

-Demonstrate a positive attitude towards service users

-Demonstrate a working knowledge of MHA (1983) and other relevant documents

-Display a commitment to self-development and development of other staff

-Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships

-Computer literate
