We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join our ever expanding business. As Sales Ledger Clerk the role will involve:

Processing all manual invoice requestsCredit control of approx. 200 customer accountsOpening new customer accountsAnswering the incoming credit control calls and taking payments over the phoneAssisting internal stakeholders with customer account queriesPosting statements on the Sales Ledger statement dayAssisting with post distributionHoliday cover for banking and cash allocationAccounts ad-hoc functions as requiredAs a Sales Ledger Clerk, It’s important you have:

Minimum 1 year’s Sales Ledger experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Office packagesAbility to problem solve & prioritise workloadWe would be really excited if you have:

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AXExperience of dealing with credit agencies and debt insuranceWhat we offer:

Monday - Thursday 09:00 - 17:30, 17:00 finish on Fridays
