Fantastic opportunity to join one of the most successful security practices in the world, my client are a leading and global Consultancy who are seeking a number of experienced Cyber Security Senior Managers to join their world leading Security practice.

The Role
The role will be working in Cyber Security, Financial Services. Their Financial Services clients are increasingly under cyber-attack and under regulatory scrutiny to demonstrate effective management of cyber risk. Their specialists provide independent, jargon free advice and advanced technical capabilities to help their clients proactively manage cyber and technology risks to drive value from their business information assets whilst protecting business.

- Proactive management and delivery of large, complex client engagements to ensure delivery, quality and value to our clients through:
o Understanding of current cyber threat landscape
o Cyber security governance, frameworks and operating models
o Security prevention, monitoring, breach detection and response
o Quantification of cyber risk and integration into enterprise risk management
o Regulatory expectations
o Education and awareness
- Building relationships with other parts of the firm that contribute to digital, cyber risk management and regulations, e.g. Technology Enablement, Financial Services Risk and Regulatory Centres of Excellence
- Building relationships with operational risks owners within Financial Services clients
- Design and implementation of cyber risk operating models, including building sustainability into the process

Experience and Background:
- Proven experience of developing cyber risk frameworks (essential)
- Proven experience of implementing cyber risk models into client organisations (essential)
- Proven experience of designing and implementing cyber metrics (essential)
- Proven experience in at least one of the cyber security domains of strategy, transformation, governance or Identity & Access Management (essential)
- Proven experience of successfully managing complex cyber security services in a commercial environment, ensuring the delivery of high quality work on time and to budget (essential)
- Proven ability to lead work at sustained levels of high intensity, and inspire drive and resilience in others

Qualifications and Skills
- Degree level qualified
- Recognised cyber security qualifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, M. Inst IISP, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), negotiation and project management skills
- Extensive relevant sales experience
- Ability to interact with organisations at a senior levels
