HR Systems Analyst
A new, permanent opportunity for an experienced HR Systems Analyst has arisen in this West London Public Sector Organisation. You will:
·Manage the full function of the system for seamless provision of service to all users, and providing first line support for HR Team users
·Be responsible for information and data security, access controls and business continuity in relation to the system ensuring compliance and audit requirements are met
·Be responsible for ongoing improvements to the system including designing new features, workflows, alerts, routines, processes
·Lead the delivery of system related projects including improvements, configuration changes, data maintenance including mass, minor and version updates from instigation, through implementation, testing and roll outs with communication, training requirements and ongoing support including providing process and user guides
·Be first point of liaison with internal and external stakeholders including the system provider and third parties ensuring regular and ad hoc requirements are delivered
·Ensure the production of regular, clear and accurate business information and analysis, including interpretation of the data and identification of key headlines
·Work in partnership with the HR Services Manager and HR Business Partners to deliver meaningful people information that enables the business to drive performance
·Identify data issues/risks and raises them via the appropriate channels
·Proactively recommend actions / improvements in response to information and where appropriate project managing their implementation
·Take the organisational lead in all HRIS matters, advising colleagues as appropriate
You will have a solid knowledge and experience of HR and payroll database systems, and demonstrable experience of the management of a complete HR integrated information system. Excel proficiency is essential, as is strong analytical skills and critical thinking ability.
In return for your commitment you will receive a competitive salary of up to £44,000 plus generous benefits package.
