Internal European Sales Manager
Our exclusive client are currently seeking an experienced sales manager to drive their existing sales team to the next level. The company have experienced outstanding growth in the last few years and are looking to add to their management team to ensure this growth is maintained.
They sell their bespoke products into the retail and trade outlets throughout the UK and Europe and due to the upturn in business the general manager needs a candidate to take control of the sales team to ensure all sales opportunities are taken.
You will report directly to the General Manager and you will have full carte blanche to drive the team forward. You must have experience of managing an internal outbound sales team and be able to drive, motivate, discipline and reward, you will be expected to assess the skills of the current team and make changes if appropriate so you must have the killer instinct and ruthlessness required to make decisions.
You will then be responsible for future recruitment and then setting and monitoring sales targets in line with the companies plans.
The package is £30-35k basic based on current package and experience, £45k OTE and the opportunity to have a real impact on a progressive growing business.
