Technical Process Analyst required for an exciting contract in Kidlington, working with a global publishing company that are building a dedicated 24 x 7 Operations Control Centre (OCC) in the Far East.

As the Technical Process Analyst within this role, you will be a key resource in driving the deliverables of the OCC Process Stream. You will capture requirements and convert them into implemented tooling and capabilities for both data centre and cloud hosting operations.

You should be able to not only capture requirements, but see them through planning, testing, and implementation, with the technical ability to get activities delivered on time.

To be successful in this role we are looking for you to be able to -

- Translate requirements and user stories in to actionable workflow, and executable processes
- Have a proven ability in mapping complex Command centre or Service desk processes against ITIL disciplines and delivering outcomes in the `real world`
- Ownership / consultancy / collaborate - the ability to drive the delivery of agreed processes and tooling.
- Experience in the development of technical processes, procedures and workflow in similar projects in a complex global and agile environment.
- ITIL v3.0 knowledge and experience in implementing it for OCC related processes.
- Experience in implementing event management and configuration management (tooling).
- Demonstrable experience in building out a CMDB.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering integrated monitoring and ticketing solutions.
- Fantastic Stakeholder management skills, with an ability to translate various sets of requirements in to workable unified processes and workflow
- Experience of working in an Agile project environment
- Advanced experience of Visio and/or PPT

Required skills and experience the Technical Process Analyst would bring to this role -
- Approximately 5+ years of Technical Process Analysis experience in a similar environment.

- ITIL V3 experience is key - Certifications are useful, however practical / extensive experience is essential.
- This is a hands-on role requiring the successful individual to engage multiple stakeholders in the analysis of existing and new workflow requirements (Incident, Change, Problem, Event, and Configuration)
- Identify business/technology events and schedules that may affect the migration timelines.
- Proven ability to manage high pressure and high visibility deliverables.
- Experience of working in a project environment with Program Management Office (PMO) governance such as reporting, team governance calls, Risk and Issue escalation
- Dependency Management across multiple business units and functions
