Active Directory, Exchange, Windows, OS, Mobile Device Service Now

Technical Service Desk Analyst with in-depth trouble shooting skills and capability in Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 Experience is a bonus, It is also essential you have experience in Windows OS (All versions) Apple and Android OS for Mobile device Support. Experience in Service Now ideal but other call logging software such as LANdesk, Remedy would be of big benefit. The team have a current 1st time fix rate targeted at 70%. This position is to join a busy service desk where you are targeted at fixing whatever possible within your capability.

Above all a can do strong work ethic is required as is a professional approach and quality of work. Shift work is required for this position. Between 7am -5.50pm working a 40 hour week. Apply now for immediate consideration and interview
