Due to expansion of the team, we are actively recruiting the job of Marketing Manager with a Trade/Retail/customer focus to drive the UK business.

Your new role
As the Trade/Retail/Customer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the awareness and sale of the brand's products in retail partners. You will work to promote the brand's products with retailers, as well as partnering with them to grow awareness of the category in-store and assist in the creation of their category marketing plans & POS materials. You will create and drive the marketing strategy, delivering category and channel insights to inform futures plans and campaigns to generate demand, inform pricing and facilitate growth. You will work closely with sales teams and key account managers to drive opportunities and provide them with the tools to promote the brand and products effectively.

What you'll need to succeed
You will demonstrate your experience in customer/trade marketing position previously and therefore have knowledge of working directly with retailers, executing both B2B (retailers) and B2C (consumers) marketing strategies. You will have the ability to work closely with sales teams, motivating and driving them with the appropriate tools and training, and be willing to demonstrate leadership and try new tactics to increase audience reach. You will be comfortable collecting data and creating insight to inform and develop your plans, and will utilise tools to effectively segment and target your markets. You will also be comfortable working in multi-functional teams, project managing, and working with both data & technical information.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary between £38,000 - £45,000 (potential flexibility for the right person) plus a benefits package including above average holiday, pension and healthcare. You will work in a vibrant, busy and fun environment with other hard-working and motivated individuals.
