Your new company
I'm engaged on a project to recruit a number of hands-on .Net developers to join an undisputed leader in their field as a new division is opened within their UK business. You'll gain specialist knowledge of this core area that has been earmarked for substantial growth following an acquisition.
The roles are available to mid-level, or senior developers proving you are happy with a hands-on role and you will be based from their state of the art offices in Camberley, Surrey.
Your new role
The company is seeking hungry, ambitious individuals that have worked on enterprise level high performance applications with algorithm development in mind. You'll be trusted to technically lead projects, taking system requirements and creating solutions within the established .Net infrastructure in the business.
There is a positive sentiment in the organisation with a new Head of Division laying out both headcount growth and technical modernisation. There is no micro-management here and developers are empowered.
The business has consistently been highly regarded for their approach to software from top to bottom, so it is expected that you'll subscribe to clean coding principles and will bring new ideas of best practice to the table which will be listened to.
What you'll need to succeed
We're seeking a fluency with .Net 4.5 (or later), notably C#, Asp.Net and SQL stack, supported by key .Net Framework assets such as WCF / LINQ / Entity Framework.
Ideally you will have core web experience, covering frameworks (jQuery or more modern) and you'll subscribe to a test first methodology (Unit Testing or TDD).
What you'll get in return
You'll be working in state of the art offices and will have an excellent career progression plan. The company offer flexibility in the working times and will support developers through paid courses/certifications where necessary. There is a corporate benefits package with good holiday and parking on site.
