Customer Value Analyst
Our client, a leading provider of industry information based in Leeds, require a commercially focused analyst (Customer Value Analyst) to work within the pricing team and develop models to help monitor and show ROI on their marketing campaigns. There will also be a big focus on analysing the company's costing and pricing models and making recommendations from analysing market information.
·Take ownership of, develop and maintain, 'customer-value' and 'pricing' models by different customer sectors for the UK and International markets
·With Insights, lead the definition and sourcing of the 'customer-value' levers for commercial decisions
·With Marketing, assist in the definition and delivery of integrated promotional and marketing campaigns, aligned to the 'customer-value' story. Analyse the successes of each campaign, providing evidence-based ROI reporting in order to direct future campaign approaches
·Establish relationships across the business, specifically: Market Insights, Products & Innovation, Sales and Marketing
·Ability to influence, challenge and learn from colleagues at all levels
·Proven track record in ROI modelling, pricing management, implementation, and support
·Proven track record in supporting products, marketing, commercial and sales teams
·First class Excel (to VBA level) and numeracy skills
·Able to break down complex 'customer value' challenges to define the best solution
·Able to work cross-functionally with different business teams and influence key stakeholders
