Senior Financial Planning Administrator - National IFA Firm
SLM Search and Selection are currently working on behalf of a national independent financial planning firm with nearly 50 years' experience in providing expert financial advice to high net worth private clients.
Their Cambridge office are looking for an experienced wealth management administrator to provide support to the Regional Operations Manager in ensuring that the administration team provides an effective, efficient and timely support service to the advisers and their clients.
Deal with the processing of new business encompassing pensions, investments and protection
Assist with daily technical and process queries from administrators, advisers and clients
Contribute to the development and implementation of clear, client focused service quality standards in line with Treating Customers Fairly
Train all new starters on company policies, processes and systems
Provide technical support and guidance where appropriate including any changes to policies, processes and/or systems
Carry out regular departmental audits
Develop and maintain good working relationships with management
Get proactively involved in project work where required
Minimum of 4 years experience in an administration role within an IFA practice focused on holistic financial planning
Holds the Certificate in Financial Planning or equivalent
Good knowledge of the regulatory framework
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
