£18,000 - £21,000 D.O.E. + generous reward structure

Our client is a market-leading, highly-respected company based in Aylesbury. They are the UK's largest stock holder of products within their industry and due to impressive growth are now looking to acquire the services of a high-calibre, tenacious Internal Account Manager to work within their sales team. This is an outstanding opportunity, with significant rewards and recognition to join a winning team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed the gross profit target from each allocated and non allocated customer.
  • Making outbound telephone calls to new and existing clients.
  • Converting new business.
  • Achieve the product targets set for each allocated customer.
  • Control stock levels of customer special items within the limits agreed.
  • Respond to all customer enquiries in a professional manner and within the timescale agreed.
  • Administer all customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain and record accurate and easily accessible information for all customers.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Working to sales or profit targets.
  • Telephone selling to customers in a service or distribution business.
  • Resolving customer service issues.
  • Identifying and developing new business from both existing and potential customers.
