Based in South Manchester, we are looking to recruit an inbound / outbound call centre advisor to follow up enquiries made by customers either on line, via email or on the phone. The purpose is to convert the calls into quality appointments for consultations. Your main aim will be to provide customers with a fantastic customer experience and ultimately arrange an appointment for them to discuss their requirements further.

This is a very consultative role and you need to be able to listen to the customer and ensure that they feel you understand their needs and from there, can offer a solution that they want.

The leads that come through to the office are all warm and as a direct result of the customer requesting contact and making an enquiry. In the main, the calls are follow up calls that have come into the business, but there are also on line and email enquiries that you will deal with. As the enquiries are constant, there are volume calls to be made in order to ensure that customers are called back promptly and you achieve your targets in order to make good commission.

We are looking for someone who has good telesales experience as this will mean you have good listening skills and should be good at building rapport. We also need a person that is professional, has an excellent telephone manner, is self motivated and wants to be successful as well as wanting to help the customer. With this in mind, we are looking for someone that has a consultative sales approach, is a natural rapport builder and ideally has experience in selling a service.

Working within an existing team, the role involves receiving and making calls from warm leads and enquiries in order to promote the services of this company and ensuring consultation dates are fully booked. The ultimate aim is to book appointments from customer enquiries.

In return for your commitment our client is able to offer:

  • £16.5k basic with a very realistic OTE of £20-25k (this is uncapped)
  • 20 days holiday (rising with length of service) + statutory holidays
  • Discount on services
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Due to the nature of the role, the hours are worked on a rota basis covering opening hours from 08.30am to 9pm (7pm Fridays) along with one weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday)
Due to the location not being easily accessible on public transport, a car or living locally would be beneficial but not essential.
