My client has a fantastic reputation within their sector and due to continued growth, they are recruiting for an experienced Telesales Executive to join their team based just outside of Macclesfield.

Role responsibilities:

  • Converting warm leads provided by the in-house marketing team, matching and selling the best products to suit the customer’s needs (all B2C customers)
  • Conducting a full needs analysis, asking open questions to customers to gain as much information as possible
  • Working to individual sales targets as well as company targets
  • Providing a first-class customer service at all times

Person specification:

  • Highly ambitious driven sales professional, with great rapport building skills
  • Focused, positive, motivated individual who thrives in a buzzing environment
  • Confidence in your sales skill and ability to meet/exceed weekly sales targets
  • Ensuring that the customer is put first at all times and that regulatory requirements are always adhered to
  • A genuine team player
  • You also enjoy the social aspects of working with a great team
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritise workload

For the right candidate my client is offering the following:

  • Excellent earning potential: Basic salary of £17,000 with a genuine OTE of £40,000 / £60,000+ (uncapped commissions)
