What we’re looking for
To be a Carluccio’s General Manager, you’ll need to be an inspiring, hands-on leader with a great eye for detail, a love of Italian food and a commitment to great service. As you’ll be guiding every area of the business - from the deli to the bar, the restaurant to the kitchen - while also building, nurturing and developing a happy, high-achieving team, you’re probably already an experienced, highly skilled manager, used to achieving great results in a busy branded restaurant.

Our bespoke induction will help you master every aspect of running your own Carluccio’s, from our authentic recipes to our wine list, our supplier relationships to our financial systems, our staff recruitment and development to our community engagement. You’ll learn your stuff alongside fellow managers and learn about and sample the best of Italian food, wine and culture.

You’ll also be entitled to 28 days’ holiday, and eligible for a performance-related bonus of up to £12,000.
