Position: Lead Financial Adviser
Location: East Central London
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
Our client is an exciting Financial Services Organisation that offers experienced Financial Advisers a 'new and unique’ Career Opportunity. They are a dynamic, fast growing Financial Advisory business, based in Central London. Their advisory proposition offers the opportunity to remove all the clutter of administration and to focus solely on running a team of advisers and Clients, giving them the expert advice they deserve. Due to growth they are now seeking an established adviser who take see their own clients but also take on responsibility for managing the team.

What is more, you will have access to a leading in-house software system and full time para-planning and administrative support to deliver expert advice to pre-vetted Clients.
Office based CF30 role, offering Clients a telephone-based advisory service.
Managing one other advisor with plans for a team of at least 2 further advisors in the next 12 months.
All Client leads are specifically sourced and fully qualified prior to your initial contact.
Your role is to help the Client to prepare for their retirement by reviewing the suitability of their existing arrangements versus a restricted proposition.
An excellent remuneration package with realistic OTE earnings potential - Pooled Bonus Scheme, payable monthly.
Experience - The team is highly experienced within giving advice in retail financial services, and has been carefully selected based on their areas of expertise.
Client Sourcing - There is a marketing team that runs campaigns to source clients, which are pre-vetted by a field team ahead of the advice appointment.
Leading technology - A leading in-house software builds 'pre and post’ advice reports for both you and the Client to ensure a great customer experience.
Great support - A para-planning team prepare your Client files for you ahead of your advice appointments and complete the advice pack afterwards.
Pioneering Investments - The company has a close relationship with appointed Investment Managers ensuring you can focus on financial planning advice rather than running portfolios.
Future Plans - There are new and exciting expansion plans which you can be an important part of.
