Goldman & Fine Recruitment Ltd are currently hiring for a Group Parts Manager to work for a Dealership, managing 3 sites in High Wycombe, Slough & Maidenhead.

Proven Parts Manager experience is essential.
Parts Trade background/Pinnacle DMS knowledge is not essential but will be a distinct advantage.

Overall responsibility for;
Maximising the Groups Parts Department’s profitability in line with the company’s objectives.
Leading the company’s Parts Department business growth through developing and implementing a Parts Marketing plan.
Creating and implementing effective Dealership Parts Department processes to drive operational efficiencies across all Departments to ensure external and internal customer satisfaction.
Ensuring all Dealership Parts Departments deliver a first-class customer experience by having detailed product knowledge, following an effective sales process and displaying excellent customer relationship skills.
The recruitment, development and welfare of the Dealership Parts Department staff.
In return my client is offering;
- £32,000 - £36,000 basic
- £4,000 - £6,000 bonus on achievement of targets
- Company car & car benefit scheme available
- 28 days holiday rising to 30 days after 2 years
